We collect information in three broad situations: when you browse this marketing site, when you contact us, and when you use Bulky Taggy as a Shopify merchant.

• Website & inquiries. If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, company name, message content, attachments, and any other details you choose to provide. If you subscribe to updates or create an account on supporting systems we operate, we may collect the contact information you submit at that time.
• Shopify app usage. When you install Bulky Taggy on a store, Shopify shares information needed to operate the app (for example shop domain and identifiers). To provide auto-tagging for orders, products, and customers based on your rules, we process the Shopify data your scopes and workflows require - such as resource metadata and tags - only as instructed by you as the merchant and as described in Shopify API terms.
• Technical data. Like most sites and cloud services, we may log IP address, device or browser type, and similar diagnostic data to keep our services secure and reliable.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our marketing website may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The embedded Bulky Taggy admin experience runs inside Shopify; Shopify cookie and privacy policies also apply to the Shopify admin.

We retain merchant and configuration data only as long as needed to provide the app or meet legal obligations. When you uninstall the app, Shopify sends uninstall and compliance webhooks; we process those requests to delete or anonymize associated data in line with Shopify requirements and applicable law.

CCPA privacy rights (California)

If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to you, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of certain sales or sharing (we do not sell personal information in the conventional sense).
